Morning: departure from Bratislava 8 am arrival in Krakow c. 3 pm.
AICA Poland will provide coach transport free of charge from Bratislava to Krakow
hotels check-in, lunch
Evening: 5 pm guided visit to museum of contemporary art in Krakow (Mocak) and Welcome party hosted by the museum

Morning and early afternoon: guided visit to Krakow contemporary art galleries, meetings with curators and artists, galleries opened especially for AICA congress participants
Optional: guided tour of Krakow historic center
Evening: panel discussion about the state of contemporary art criticism with participation of invited guests and members of aica (participants: Marek Bartelik and Anda Rottenberg - confirmed, three more speakers from the USA, UK, and Czech republic to be confirmed)

Morning and early afternoon: visit to national museum permanent exhibition of Polish 20th century art and to Tadeusz Kantor museum „Cricoteka“ in Krakow
Late afternoon and evening: optional: visit to Academy of Fine arts studios, guided tour of Krakow 20th century and contemporary architecture

For all post-congress participants AICA Poland will provide a transport from Bratislava to Krakow in 29th Sept 2013.

For the way back after Krakow Post-congress
- by plane
Krakow has it’s own airport (Kraków Balice). You can easily get there from the city center by taxi, train (about 20min from Kraków Główny train station) or city bus (about 30min, 292 in the day, 902 in the night).
We also recommend flights from Warsaw’s Chopin Airport or Wien Schwechat.
- by train
If you prefer to travel by train, we suggest to have a stop in cities mentioned below for specific directions. Those cities are: Katowice (for Wien, Prague, Ostrava), Warsaw (for Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Moscow, Minsk or Kiev) or Wrocław (for Dresden or Berlin).
